Easy recipe using Sunrite Ackees

In a saucepan sauté onions, tomato, pepper and scallion in heated oil

Add cooked, deboned, flaked codfish to seasonings

Combine a can of Sunrite Ackees to mixture over low heat

 

  • Serve with fried dumplings, bread, yam, banana or staple of choice
