Description

This round flat bread is available in a variety of sizes and provides the authentic taste of Jamaican cassava.  Traditionally eaten in Jamaica with fish and can also be used as bread substitute; bammies are a perfect side dish for ackee and salt fish.

Sunrite bammies can be prepared by frying, steaming or baking.
